When a wrestler enters the practice room, there MUST be only one thought on his mind...to become a champion. The reason we all love to wrestle is because we have fun doing it, so we urge our wrestlers to have fun wrestling and not messing around with other subjects. On that note, if a wrestler fails to cooperate with the objective of the practice, they will be warned and serve an appropriate consequence. If they continue to be a distraction that hinders the learning process for others, they will be removed from the remaining sessions with
NO REFUND.
As well, if a wrestler misses too many practices in a season they could be asked to not return.

Please plan to attend the first practice for informational reasons. After the first practice, we ask that only the student wrestlers enter the wrestling room. Domination Wrestling is considered a wrestling SCHOOL, where our students need full attention and complete focus on only their teacher/ coach. We ensure you that this type of environment provided will lead to the best possible improvement for our wrestlers. Our students learn to be disciplined and show full respect for their teachers, but their focus may be easily distracted by other activities in the room.

Proper Wrestling Gear
One of the most important factors in a wrestling match is preparation. Every wrestler must be fully prepared for wrestling at the beginning of every practice. By coming unprepared, a wrestler will be considered uncooperative and suffer the same consequences for disrupting our practice schedule. The most important part of preparation is athletic gear. A wrestler must always have their:
Head Gear
Wrestling shoes
Water bottles
___Water bottles are important so that we can waste as little time at the water fountain, and use it to learn how to wrestle.
Proper clothing
___Clothing must be relatively snug to the body. If clothing becomes to loose at practice, it may become dangerous as a finger or arm will get twisted inside.
